The kitchen is equipped with fridge and frezeer, hoven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, conditioned air, dishes and crockery and the main utensils.
With private parking and garden, the accommodation has WIFi connection, TV sat, outdoor terrace equipped with table and chairs and private beach chairs in the olive garden.

Vista mozzafiato
L'accesso alla casa è difficile, ma la vista dalla terrazza compensa tutto. La vasta proprietà è condivisa con l'appartamento accanto ed è situata in una posizione meravigliosa tra gli ulivi. Abbiamo portato con noi un cane e l'appartamento era perfetto per lui. Il cane poteva muoversi liberamente nella proprietà e anche sulla spiaggia non c'era problema. La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi in meno di 5 minuti. Il lungomare di Brenzone arriva fino a Malcesine ed è molto adatto per chi vuole fare attività, soprattutto con un cane. L'unico problema è l'attrezzatura della cucina dell'appartamento, che è scarna. La pulizia è accettabile, se non ci si fa troppe pretese. La cucina potrebbe aver bisogno di una pulizia più approfondita. Il bagno e la camera da letto sono puliti. Tutto sommato, l'appartamento è consigliato considerando il prezzo. Avevamo anche con noi due ragazzi di 16 anni, che di solito camminavano fino a Malcesine (8 km). A Brenzone non c'è molto da fare per questa fasola d'età. I proprietari parlano poco inglese, ma sono molto amichevoli.

Schlechte lage
Alles in allem eine sehr gute behausung nur der steile anstieg zum haus ist anstrengend

Ein schöner Urlaub
Sehr schönes Apartement mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Lediglich die Auffahrt zum Haus ist etwas mühselig und nur für geübte Autofahrer. Wir mussten mit unserem Passat beimrauf fahren,immer 1 mal zurücksetzen um die Kurve zu bekommen. Beim abwärts fahren war es ähnlich ob. Deshalb gibt es bei der Lage ein paar Punkte Abzug. Ansonsten war es absolut ruhig und erholsam dort.
