The well partitioned flat is located on the top floor of a nine-storey building with lift. The panoramic views from the living room and balcony, both orientated to the south, are stunning, while it's light and at night - You look over the complete town and the sea, you see in the east the "Gibralfaro" (castle buildings), in the south the cathedral and the harbour, in the west Torremolinos and direct in front of the building the green area with playground.
From the bedrooms you look virtually only at low white houses, which remind rather of the life in a Spanish village than of the large town Malaga.
The furnishing of the apartment is modern and comfortable. The living-dining-room disposes of air conditioning and a flat screen TV (also English channels). In the kitchen with fitted furniture, electrical hob and small dining area is also the washing machine. The three bedrooms are relative spacious and equipped with wardrobes and comfortable beds. The bathroom consists of a large shower cabin, a spacious washbasin and WC.

In the ground floor of the building is a small café, which is famous for its substantial and reasonable breakfast. In the nearness are more small shops and a bus stop, a large supermarket is in a walking distance.

You can put your car safe and protected in the garage of a building in the vicinity. In this spacious flat you are very close to the countless sights of Malaga and live still in a quiet, green part of the town.

The historic old town with its nice restored buildings, the cathedral and the traditional pubs and shops you reach walking within 20 minutes. From there in a distance of only 500 m is the harbour, where also the large cruise liners dock. Directly to the left and the right of the harbour extend the marvellous sandy beaches with their innumerable "Chiringuitos", the snack bars, which offer for little money tasty meals of fish and meat.
