Did you always want to treat yourself something very special for your holidays ? How about a holiday home with private pool and private tennis court surrounded by almost unspoilt countryside ? This comfortable country house is located in peaceful single location at the edge of the Nature Park Sierra de Tejeda on a fenced in plot of 5000 m², of which 3000 m² are level and well-kept garden with flowers and an enormous, 200 years old holm oak tree. Surrounded by forest and wide unspoilt expanses you breathe here the pure relaxation and forget the everyday stress. During you are sitting comfortably on the roofed terrace and the steaks are sizzleing on the bricked-in barbecue, you enjoy the views on the large garden with the huge holm oak tree (by the way, the fruits are edible) and still have an eye on your children while they are bathing in the pool or playing at the seesaws. A fantastic eyecatcher is of course the neighboring Nature Park, above which rises the Maroma. In winter you even can see snow on the top of this mountain with more than 2000 m, whereas you are sunbathing at cosy temperatures in the garden. - The private tennis court made of polished concrete has the right dimensions for singles, but could be used also for doubles. The private pool (approx. 7 x 4 m) is surrounded by a sun terrace of 25 m² and with its depth of 1,16 m to 1,80 m just right for children as well as for adults. - In front of the entrance of the house is a spacious patio (inner court). Inside of the house passing a small hall you come into a welcoming dining room, which is next to the modern fitted kitchen. This is equipped among other things with an electrical hob (4 plates), separate oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and electrical coffee machine. In the same room as the dining room, but on a little gallery, is the cosy living-room with a large fireplace and flatscreen TV, which is also for radio. Two spacious bedrooms with double beds and an additional bed as well as a cot offer space enough for 5 adults and a child totally. Two nice bathrooms (one of it “en suite”) and a separate WC ensure that in the mornings nobody is stuck in a “traffic jam”. - In this comfortable country house with central heating and homely interior you straightaway feel perfectly well. In addition the house and the pool will be cleaned weekly as well as the towels and bedlinen will be changed, so that the guests can dedicate themselves unhindered to their holidays.
Rooms = 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, on request 1 additional bed and 1 cot, living-dining-room on two different levels with fireplace, separate fitted kitchen (electric ceramic hob and oven) and storeroom, 1 complete bathroom with separate WC, 1 shower bath en suite, visible ceiling beams and cosy furnishings, all rooms with central heating, approx. 110 m² living-space, approx. 15 m² roofed terrace with bricked-in barbecue, approx. 40 m² patio (inner court), laundry / storeroom, carport. The plot belongs to the municipity Alhama de Granada and is in the area “El Alconorcal”, which is part of the Nature Reserve of Sierra de Tejada y Almijara. Therefore it is surrounded by indigenous plants and trees like holm oaks, cork oaks, pines and more. - You reach the extensive Nature Park within 5 carminutes, which you can cross by foot or by car. The special kinds of plants, the spectacular views, the source of a brook, the barbecue places and a small bar a worth seeing. - The nearest restaurant is only 2 km far away. The bigger towns in the environs are Alhama de Granada (approx. 8 km), which is popular through the spa with hot springs and an impressive ravine, as well as Zafarraya (approx. 15 km) next to the “Natural Gateway”, a gigantic notch in a mountain range, through which passes the road which connects the provinces Malaga and Granada. In both towns are various shops, restaurants, bars and banks. Within 45 carminutes you arrive at the beaches of Costa del Sol. The distances to Malaga (harbor, old city, museums and more) are 72 km, to Granada (Alhambra) 85 km and the skiing area of Sierra Nevada 120 km.
