Whatever you need-you can reach it within a few minutes:
the skiing areas in Kaprun and Zell a. See, hiking trails and bike paths, the idyllic Zeller lake and many more attractions.

Zona molto bella, ottima offerta, casa molto curata
E' stato un soggiorno fantastico presso la Casa Mary. Gestori molto amichevoli, ottimo pacchetto comprensivo delle Terme di Kaprun, della Fun+ Card con bellissimo lago balneabile e programma per bambini. Possiamo consigliare la Casa senza esitazioni.

Ottima casa, molto ben tenuta, buona posizione
Eravamo un gruppo sportivo di 16 persone e ci è piaciuto molto sciare sulla neve perfetta del Kitzsteinhorn e poi rilassarci nella SPA World Kaprun con ingresso gratuito. Anche la piccola area benessere del Mary's ha fatto bene ai nostri muscoli.
Ci piacerebbe molto tornare, Stefan e gli amici

Sehr gutes Haus, gute Lage, komplettes Angebot
Wir waren 8 Paare zum Schi- und Wellnessurlaub im Haus Mary.
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt, den Saunabereich im Haus haben wir genossen,
der Hit ist: die Therme Kaprun war im Preis enthalten.
Wir können das Haus bestens weiterempfehlen.

bella casa, bella zona con un alto valore ricreativo
L'appartamento Mary è molto ben tenuto, come nuovo e molto ben attrezzato, Mary e Alois sono molto professionali, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto buono.
A novembre si può già sciare sul Kitzsteinhorn, e il panorama è straordinario
La sera potrete rilassarvi nella splendida area benessere.

Ein richtiges Wohlfühlhaus mit vielen Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten
Wir hatten 2 Ferienwohnungen A , 1 Fewo B und 1 Fewo C mit direktem Zugang zum Garten. Wir waren insgesamt 14 Personen und vom Haus und von der Gegend total begeistert. Supertoll ausgestattete Wohnungen mit allem was das Herz begehrt, z.B. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Internet, Wellness, usw. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die freundlichen Gastgeber, die Sauberkeit, das Erlebnisfreibad, den Badesee und das Kinderprogramm. Wer einmal dort war kommt bestimmt immer gerne wieder, wir auf jeden Fall.

Offerte per il tempo libero: Man kann eigentlich in der nahen Umgebung allen Sportarten nachgehen, geführte Erlebniswanderungen, Kinderprogramm, sehr viele tolle Ausflugsziele und natürlich das schöne Freibad und die saubere Badeseeanlage

super Haus, sehr schöne Region
Kommen nun schon Jahrelang mit Familie und Freunden ins Appartement Mary, sehr gepflegt, sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die Eignerfamilie ist freundlich und professionell und die Region bietet sehr viel.
Wir empfehlen das Haus ohne Einschränkung weiter, vor allem auch wegen dem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Wir hatten 1 Typ A und 1 Typ B

Schönes Haus, tolle Abende
Waren das erste Mal zu Gast mit 7 Familien im Haus Mary.
Gute Organisation als wir " Einfielen". Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt und nach dem Ski fahren die Wellnessoase in Beschlag genommen. Tausend dank für die frischen Brötchen jeden Tag.
Kommen garantiert nächste Jahr wieder.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus, Schneesichere Schigebiete, traumhaftes Panorama
Wir waren überrascht, nirgends Schnee, aber in Kaprun waren super Schibedingungen... Schneesichere, moderne Schigebiete vom Anfänger bis zum Profi.
Waren 15 Personen, hatten 1 Typ A, 1 Typ B und 1 Typ C, hat für alle super gepasst.
Alles da, was man heute so braucht... Schibus ab Haus, Internet + WLAN, Wellnessbereich, sehr gute Ausstattung der Appartements... wir kommen wieder.

The best house for our holiday
Hallo again, It was real pleasure to spend a week at the apartment Mary. Alois and Mary are very friendly, the region is very interesting, and we to felt real familiar atmosphere in their House. I'll be back in the winter as I said !!!

Wohlfühlhaus in einer sehr schönen Gegend
Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus mit vielen Inklusiv-Angeboten.
Sauna, Internet, W-LAN, Skibus, Spüler, Waschmaschine usw. alles inklusive.
Freundliche Betreiberfamilie guter Standort.
Wohl das Beste was wir bis jtzt gehabt haben.

Dintorni della residenza vacanze: Kaprun und Zell am See haben uns sehr gut gefallen, man hat eigentlich alle Möglichkeiten die man sich denken kann, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
Offerte per il tempo libero: Am besten haben uns die Pisten und das Panorama und die Schneesicherheit am Kitzsteinhorn gefallen, auch das Rodeln in Bruck und der Wintererlebnisberg waren schöne, bleibende Erlebnisse.
