This amazing big size villa accommodates up to 14 persons. Villa Luka has 6 comfort bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking where you can cook your squisite breakfast, lunchs and dinner. The cozy living room has a large smart TV and a direct exit to the amazing big size swimming pool. The livingroom is direct connected with the playroom where you can enjoy and play biliard. In the terrace garden you have a private pool of 50 m2 ( 10m x 5m) with waterfall, gejser and hydromassage for a perfect luxury relax. There are also deckchairs and umbrellas. The villa is fully air conditioned. Thi modern villa in Pula is completely surrounded by high walls for your privacy. You can use the outdoor barbecue with gas and carcoal. The children can have fun in the pool or trampoline while you prepare fish or meat on the grill. The nearest town Pula and the beach are 7 km from the holiday home.
