The garden extends to 505sqm and the house itself on 360sqm. Large spacious house sleeps up to 14 people. The beautifully decorated interior offers 6 bedrooms with 6 separate private bathrooms with shower. There are 7 air conditioners in the house so the entire villa is air conditioned.
The fully equipped kitchen with utensils offers you a lot of cooking comfort for the whole family. In the dining room there is a large table for 14 people and on the terrace next to the barbecue. From the living room, the dining room and the kitchen you have exit the beautiful garden which gives you a pleasant and private atmosphere with pool of 32sqm. The pool is heated with the Solgar system. Villa Katarina also offers a Jacuzzi, table tennis and restaurants Bars markets are within walking distance so the location with lots of nature is perfect for a relaxing holiday with your family and friends.

A wide variety of entertainment is offered, ranging from discotheques open until morning to terraces with live has an unique sandy beach called Bijeca one kilometer long that attracts families with young children. Nature lovers prefer campsites where they can relax in the shade of century old pine trees. Medulin is also the perfect place for naturists who want to feel nature.
