This is a lovely villa perfect for peaceful holiday and retreat. In the green hills of Istria, villa Sani is situated near Vodnjan, in a small village Gaiana. Its 100 m2 interior is lovingly decorated and furnished. Villa Sani has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and the outside area of 1000 m2. The lovely pool and the barbecue are for your private use. The holiday home is surrounded by green nature and it is a really piece of paradise. If you wish to spend an active holiday you can also visiti the adrenalin park located only 7km from the villa. Nearby you can find local farms, where you can buy goat cheese, eggs, fresh vegetables etc.

Nearby is a small fishing town of Fazana, placed right in front of the national park of Brioni. The surrounding region of Vodnjan is well known for its easy Mediterranean cuisine, olive oil and a rich selection of excellent wines.
