The building has recently been refurbished and converted into a cosy holiday home with a private pool ideal for hosting groups of family and friends.
The property is wholly fenced and offers an extensive, well-kept garden full of plants and flowers and equipped with an inviting panoramic swimming pool, a covered, furnished terrace and an outdoor barbecue.
The swimming pool (9x4 meters, depth ; available from 20th April to 20th October), duly furnished for the enjoyment of bathing and sunbathing, is located in a sunny position and enjoys a splendid view of the valley below and the hill on which the town of San Gimignano stands.
The villa is part of a large farm producing oil and wine whose products can be purchased on site.
Accommodation is offered on the two floors of which the building is made up.
