The beautiful villa Bellavista offers accommodation for up to 8 people on a pleasant 200m2 and 1400m2 fully fenced garden that offers you unforgettable accommodation. This beautifully modern villa with its surroundings is a real treat for the eyes. It has a nice big private pool of 32 sqm with whirpool and an outdoor dining area in the shade with a barbecue. It has three beautiful bedrooms with private bathroom, a large living room with access to the terrace and pool, kitchen and dining room. Two bedrooms are located upstairs and have their own terrace with a magnificent view of the village of Motovun.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, has wi-fi, private parking and thanks to its elevated position this holiday home offers a magnificent view of Istrian hills from the pool and terraces. Outdoor there is a children's playground with swings and trampoline, a BBQ area, a covered dining area and a relaxation area. Everything is located next to the beautiful swimming pool with whirlpool.
Younger groups (party people) are not allowed.

The most famous of the medieval, often on the hills, towns and villages of Central Istria is Motovun. The landscape, the architecture and the food from the region make Motovun one of the most popular excursion destinations, famous and popular all over Croatia. Some of the best winemakers in the country have their winery here and invite to tastings. Apart from Buzet and Motovun, Livade is a must-see for truffle lovers. It is also necessary to visit Hums. It boasts the smallest city in the world and the best Biska grappa (mistletoe). During the summer months in Grožnjan, Motovun, Svetvinčenat and Roč art, film, dance and other festivals take place. There is much to discover in every place. Centralistries range from the Učka Mountains, the northern border of the peninsula, to Svetvinčenat in the south. Apart from Motovun, the towns and villages Pazin, Buzet, Grožnjan, Hum, Motovun, Oprtalj, Roč, Svetvinčenat, Višnjan, and Žminj are part of the green region of Istria. The best way to explore the region is by car or by bike (in good condition). Here the diversity of the peninsula of Istria is only real. Even outside the summer months, the region does not lose any attraction and you fall in love with it quickly. Also celebrities like Ralf Schumacher, the Oetkers, Bismarcks and English lords discovered the area for themselves and have their own properties here.
