- The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation. In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- If the tenant cancels this agreement more than 57 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 0 % of the agreed rental fee.
- If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
- For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee. For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.

We had such a fabulous stay at Martina’s townhouse! The location was wonderful, close to all our favourite restaurants and bars in the centre of town, but quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Martina provided plenty of helpful instructions and lots of great tips on where to go too. The terrace was a fantastic place to have lunch everyday. A real sun trap all day, with spectacular views over the Tramuntana mountains. Both bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for more.Thanks for a fantastic trip.

maison très agréable, propre, joliment décorée et spacieuse, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le toit terrasse pour les petits-déjeuners et dîners avec vue sur la jolie ville de Pollenca (et son magnifique feu d'artifice de la fête du 2 août). Martina à été de bons conseils et nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour ici...

Maison très agréable et idéalement placée, dans une rue très calme, tout en étant très proche du centre de Pollença à pied. Très bonne communication avec Martina, bonne réactivité et de bons conseils pour les environs. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns: In der Altstadt von Pollenca, aber etwas am Rande gelegen. Das Zentrum war schnell per Fuß zu erreichen. Durch die Lage am Rand musste man mit dem Auto nicht ewig durch die engen Gassen der Altstadt kurven. Wir haben auch immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Für Ausflüge kam man somit auch schnell raus auf die Landstraßen. Also wirklich perfekt für Stadtfeeling und für Ausflüge. Das Haus war sehr schön, fast zu groß für uns vier. Die Terrasse ist toll mit einen wunderschönen Blick über die Stadt. Die Unterkunft und die Stadt haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

We loved the house, very clean and well equipped. The location was great and we enjoyed our evenings sitting out on the small roof terrace with a glass of wine looking at the mountains and over Pollenca town.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Stadthaus von Martina. Die Kommunikation verlief freundlich und unkompliziert und wir wurden proaktiv mit vielen Tips und Empfehlungen versorgt. Das Haus ist traumhaft - sehr schön eingerichtet, alles sauber und viel Platz zum Verweilen. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar und bietet viele kleine Restaurants und Geschäfte - alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung!

Zum zweiten Mal in dieser stimmungsvollen Unterkunft in diesem wunderschönen Ort, haben wir uns fast wie Bewohner von Pollenca gefühlt. Integriert in das Treiben des Städtchens und fußläufig von allem, was das Herz begehrt ist dies ein perfekter Platz zum "Seele baumeln lassen".Wie bei allen bisherigen Urlauben seit Jahren mit CM wurden wir bestens umsorgt und jedes kleinere oder größere Problem rund um Anreise, Aufenthalt oder Mietauto wurde schnell und unkompliziert gelöst.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à 4 dans cette charmante finca.Tout est décoré avec soin dans la tradition majorquaine.La maison est parfaitement équipée.La literie est très confortable.Le coin barbecue sur la terrasse intérieure est super bien pensé et la terrasse du toit parfaite pour l'apéro et les feux d'artifice !Pour vous garer, privilégiez le parking gratuit du Pont Roma à 100m car les ruelles sont étroites et encombrées.Martina nous a donné de précieux renseignements et nous a permis une arrivée très confortable dès la descente du bateau !Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

In Martinas Finca war es toll.Wir hatten die Finca etwas heller erwartet, da sie auf den Fotos lichtdurchflutet erschien. Die Unterkunft ist etwas dunkler als auf den Fotos. Wenn man das Licht einschaltet ist die Finca aber so hell. Wir hatten dauerhaft 36°C Außentemperaturen bei 70% und mehr Luftfeuchtigkeit, weshalb es auch drinnen sehr warm war. Ich musste meinen Schlafplatz ins Erdgeschoss verlegen, sonst hätte ich, trotz Klimaanlage, nicht schlafen können.Die Dachterrasse ist grandios. Bei den Temperaturen aber auch erst gegen Abend.Der Grill und Steinofen sind der Hit.
