The villa can accommodate a total of 16 people, with a maximum of 16 adults. Additionally, there are 2 extra beds available for children under 12 years old.
Ideally positioned just a 5-minute walk from a magical medieval village, 35 km west of Siena. This enchanting property is also close to the renowned San Galgano, a popular wedding destination for those dreaming of a Tuscan ceremony. Originally a farmhouse, the villa has been beautifully renovated into a cozy holiday retreat, perfect for large families or groups of friends.
Perched on a rocky outcrop, the villa offers breathtaking 360-degree views. It is enveloped by a meticulously maintained park filled with trees, shrubs, and flowers. The highlight is the spectacular twin lakes pools with infinity edges, which are enchantingly illuminated at night. The children's pool measures 13.50 m x 3.5 m x 0.80 m, while the adult pool is 18 m x 9 m x 1.80 m.
Guests can enjoy outdoor dining with a wood oven, a grill, and a beautifully furnished pergola that connects the two buildings, ideal for delightful al fresco meals. For recreation, there is an adjustable multi-game sports net for tennis, volleyball, and a ping pong table.
The main building spans three floors and is complemented by a two-story annex. Inside, the villa features spacious and comfortable rooms, tastefully furnished with antique rustic Tuscan furniture and equipped with all modern conveniences.
Main Villa (Approx. 500 m²)
Basement: Includes a room with a "Jacuzzi" bathtub with a 500-liter capacity, maintaining a constant thermal temperature and an ozone purification system. A relaxing lounge with panoramic views is adjacent to the hydro massage room.
Ground Floor: Features a double entrance hall with a dining area and living room with satellite TV. There is a bathroom with antique travertine, a retro-salon library, a large kitchen with a fireplace remodelled into a BBQ, and a laundry room.
First Floor: Offers a lounge with a fireplace, three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a second living room with a fireplace, and three twin bedrooms (two with en-suite bathrooms and one with an adjoining bathroom). There are both internal and external entrances to the living areas.
Additional Beds: Up to two children's folding beds located in the lounge room.
Annex (Approx. 150 m²)
Ground Floor: Comprises a lounge with a fireplace and satellite TV, a dining room, a kitchen area, and a bathroom.
First Floor: Contains one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower, and one twin bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and shower.
The rental price is based on 16 guests, with an option to accommodate 2 additional guests (specifically for two children under 12). The booking system automatically calculates the total price when you select the number of guests.
