NEST37 is a refined 60 sqm coastal apartment, part of a listed historic building on the Pisa coast, just 450 metres from the beach and surrounded by the protected nature of San Rossore Natural Park. Supermarket and restaurants are within easy walking distance (500 metres).

In a thoughtful layout designed for couples and small families, NEST37 features a 160×190×25 cm mattress in the master bedroom and a 140×190 cm sofa bed in the living area. One child under 2 years old stays free of charge sleeping in parents' bed (extra baby cot available upon request).
